• All equipment left on the premises are fully insured against theft or damage.
   
  
• All repairs will be sold after 6 months if not collected by the customer to recoup repair costs.
   
  
• Deposits are non refundable.
   
  
• Non stock / custom orders require 10% deposit, which is non refundable.
   
  
• Goods on approval must be returned in the condition they were sent.
   
  
• Goods are non returnable, unless faulty, or pre-arranged "on approval" basis.
   
  
• Faulty goods must returned within 14 days for replacement / repair.
   
  
• Carriage on approval items will be paid by the customer.
   
  
• New goods carry 1 year warranty against defective parts / workmanship, not inc carriage.
   
  
• Used goods carry 3 month limited warranty, repaired at our cost, not inc carriage.
   
  
• Commission sale items are subject to 15% commission fee, VAT is not applicable.
   
  
• All "new" item prices stated on the site are inclusive of VAT 17.5%.
