2. All repairs will be sold after 6 months if not collected by the customer to recoup repair costs.

3. Deposits are non refundable.

4. Non stock / custom orders require 10% deposit, which is non refundable

5. Goods on approval must be returned in the condition they were sent.

6. Goods are non returnable, unless faulty, or pre-arranged "on approval" basis

7. Faulty goods must returned within 14 days for replacement / repair.

8. Carriage on approval items will be paid by the customer.

9. New goods carry 1 year warranty against defective parts / workmanship, not inc carriage.

10. Used goods carry 3 month limited warranty, repaired at our cost, not inc carriage.

11. Commission sale items are subject to 15% commission fee, VAT is not applicable.

12. All "new" item prices stated on the site are inclusive of VAT 17.5%
